1. General Provisions

JAF Worldwide Executive Travels Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “JAF Worldwide”, “we”, “our” or “us”) provides users with the ability to book chauffeur-driven transportation services through its website, digital platforms, mobile devices, and offline booking channels (collectively referred to as the “JAF Platform”).

JAF Worldwide’s services consist of arranging and managing ground transportation services, which may be provided either directly by JAF Worldwide or by independent third-party licensed transportation service providers (“TSPs”).

These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) form an integral part of every agreement between the user and JAF Worldwide. Any conflicting or deviating terms proposed by the user shall not apply unless expressly agreed in writing by JAF Worldwide.

2. Contractual Relationship and Contract Conclusion

2.1 Contractual Relationship

JAF Worldwide does not always act as the actual carrier. Where transportation services are performed by third-party TSPs, JAF Worldwide arranges such services on behalf of the user and grants the user a direct claim for transportation services against the respective TSP.

The remuneration payable to JAF Worldwide includes compensation for arranging the service and the transportation fee payable to the TSP.

2.2 Conclusion of Contract

By submitting a booking request via the JAF Platform or by telephone or email, the user submits a binding offer to enter into a service agreement.

A booking acknowledgement merely confirms receipt of the request. A separate booking confirmation issued by JAF Worldwide constitutes acceptance and finalises the contract.

3. User Obligation

The user confirms that all information provided during the booking process is complete, accurate, and truthful. Automated or fraudulent bookings are prohibited.

4. Transportation Service Conditions

4.1 Service Types and Modifications

Services may include airport transfers, long-distance journeys, hourly chauffeur hire, and on-demand executive transportation. Any changes requested after booking may result in additional charges.

4.2 Pickup Time

The pickup time specified in the booking confirmation is binding. For airport or train station pickups, reasonable delays will be accommodated if correct flight or train details are provided.

4.3 Vehicle Class

Vehicle images displayed on the JAF Platform are illustrative only. JAF Worldwide does not guarantee a specific vehicle model. Complimentary upgrades may be provided subject to availability.

4.4 Safety, Luggage, and Passengers

4.4.1 Luggage and Special Items

Excess luggage, oversized items, animals, or special equipment must be declared at the time of booking. Undeclared items may result in refusal of transport or additional charges.

4.4.2 Children and Minors

Child seats must be requested in advance. Transportation of unaccompanied minors may be refused in accordance with applicable laws.

4.4.3 Passenger Limits

Passenger and luggage limits must not exceed the capacity of the booked vehicle for safety reasons.

4.5 Delays and Force Majeure

JAF Worldwide shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond its control, including weather conditions, strikes, traffic disruptions, or regulatory restrictions.

4.6 Cancellations, Rebookings, and No-Shows

  • JAF Worldwide Executive Travels Ltd request a minimum of 6 hours’ notice for any online bookings.

  • Whilst we do our utmost to ensure our drivers are punctual, you will understand that we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances out of our control.
  • The driver will drive at safe and sensible speeds in accordance with road conditions, traffic, and the legal speed limits.
  • Clients are responsible for any damage they cause to the interior and/or exterior of a vehicle on hire to them and will be billed accordingly for any repair or valeting required in order to reinstate a vehicle to working order.
  • We may provide subcontracted vehicles occasionally.
  • By supplying your email address, you permit JAF Worldwide Executive Travels Ltd to contact you via email. In return, we promise never to supply your email to any third party.
  • If there are any changes or variations, including extra mileage to the journeys other than what was agreed at the time of booking, the client will be charged extras in accordance with the pricing structure on our website.
  • We reserve the right to change your vehicle or chauffeur at any time if necessary.
  • Every effort will be made by JAF Worldwide Executive Travels Ltd to ensure that our vehicle(s) or subcontractor vehicle(s) arrive on time.
  • Our chauffeur(s) will travel by the most appropriate route on the day unless instructed otherwise by the customer at the time of booking.
  • JAF Worldwide Executive Travels Ltd’s vehicle(s) and subcontracted vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third-party claims. However, customers’ properties are carried entirely at their own risk, and JAF Worldwide Executive Travels Ltd shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss or damage to such property.
  • JAF Worldwide Executive Travels Ltd will keep a lost property book at their office and will endeavour to return any lost goods left in our vehicle(s) or subcontracted vehicle(s) to the customer.
  • JAF Worldwide Executive Travels Ltd and its chauffeurs have the right to refuse to carry any passenger who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behaviour poses a threat to the chauffeur, the vehicle, or any other passenger(s).
  • JAF Worldwide Executive Travels Ltd maintains a strict non-smoking policy in all its vehicles.
  • Online quotations do not allow for public and bank holidays such as Christmas Day or New Year’s Eve, where there may be an additional surcharge. Please indicate on the quote form if your proposed booking is for a bank holiday or any other special date.
  • Nothing contained in these terms and conditions can affect the client’s statutory rights.

4.7 Passenger Conduct

Passengers must comply with all safety regulations, follow chauffeur instructions, and wear seat belts. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside vehicles. Cleaning or damage costs may be charged to the user.

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Pricing Principles

Prices are determined based on vehicle class, distance or duration, pickup time, location, and any special requests.

5.2 Ride Changes

Additional time or distance will be charged accordingly. Reduced usage does not entitle the user to a refund.

5.3 Waiting Time

Free waiting time includes up to 60 minutes at airports and 15 minutes at other pickup locations. Additional waiting time is charged per minute.

5.4 Payment Methods

Payments may be made via approved credit or debit cards and digital payment providers. By providing payment details, the user authorises JAF Worldwide to charge all applicable fees.

5.5 Failed Payments

Failed or reversed payments may result in additional administrative or processing fees.

5.6 Invoicing

Invoices are issued electronically and are payable immediately unless otherwise stated.

5.7 Vouchers

Vouchers are non-transferable, single-use, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

6. Liability

JAF Worldwide is liable only for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. Third-party TSPs operate as independent contractors and are not employees or agents of JAF Worldwide.

7.Platform Availability

JAF Worldwide reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the JAF Platform or services at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the JAF Platform is protected by copyright law. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

9. Final Provisions

9.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

9.2 Jurisdiction

The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

9.3 Severability

If any provision of these T&Cs is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
